Event will be run under a USA Cycling permit. Promoter reserves the right to combine fields, reduce mileage or cancel race. ANSI approved helmet required. All USA Cycling rules apply. No tri-bars. No tank-tops. No mountain bikes. One day license available for women Cat. 4, men Cat. 5 and juniors.
